Stolen Vehicle Recovery
To get started with Pulse in your new car, you must first register and activate the service. Once this is done, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of Pulse.
- Download the Pulse by Advantage connected car app
- Locate the registration email sent to the email address or phone number you provided to your auto dealer. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, reach out to the dealership you purchased your vehicle from. They can resend the invite email directly to you.
- Navigate to the login page on the app and select signup.
- Enter the last five digits of your VIN (vehicle identification number) and the access code provided in the Welcome email.
If you do not have access to the password or forget what it is, click on “Forgot your Password” on the app’s login page.
